Nearly eight years after going into the development businessand with only a couple of handfuls of houses to show for it and a kickback scandal which landed two real estate brokers, a pension fund attorney, and a pension fund trustee in federal prisonthe Northwest Indiana Regional Council of Carpenters Pension Fund Trust is putting its 55 acres at Coffee Creek Center on the block.
